White Dove Motor Group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy multi-franchise dealership in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a successful Aftersales team, acting as the vital link between our customers and workshop technicians.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience from vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring every customer receives professional, knowledgeable and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
Maximise service profitability through professional and consultative sales techniques.
Promote awareness of all available retailer products and services.
Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently.
Accurately explain vehicle repairs, maintenance requirements and associated costs.
Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure customer concerns are clearly communicated.
Maintain high standards of departmental administration and process compliance.
Handle incoming telephone and customer enquiries professionally.
Support the Service Manager with daily operational activities.
Drive customer retention through outstanding service and relationship building.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised/main dealer environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience with Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop is advantageous but not essential.
VAG experience or accreditation would be beneficial but is not required.

Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
1-hour lunch break daily
Saturday rota: 8:30am – 1:00pm (every third Saturday)
