As Sales Controller, you’ll work closely with our General Sales Manager to oversee and grow all aspects of our brand, ensuring alignment with manufacturer requirements and company goals. Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Sales Staff: Use your automotive retail experience to guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve success. Customer Care Excellence: Uphold the highest customer care standards in line with manufacturer and company expectations. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute plans that drive sales, meet financial targets, and enhance brand presence. Team Direction & Performance: Lead team activities, ensuring they adhere to sales strategies, budgets, and overall targets. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to FCA regulations and company guidelines. Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training to your team to improve key areas such as customer satisfaction, prospecting, sales processes, time management, and product knowledge.
