Essential repairs, MOT and Service:
The safety of our Customers and Staff is paramount, which is why we've made COVID-secure changes to our Showroom / Services to ensure maximum safety. Our Aftersales Department is fully operational. We're carrying out essential repairs, MOT and Servicing at our Hadfield Road location. We're also offering a Collection and Delivery service, so you don't have to leave your home! You can book your Service online, here.
Dropping your Vehicle off for its Service/MOT:
When entering our premises, please apply Hand Gel at our Cleaning Stations. As of Monday 14th September, it is also a requirement to wear a Face Mask.
We've re-arranged the layout of our Showrooms, and have updated our working procedures so Social Distancing measures can be observed and maintained. All our Showrooms operate on a one way system; there are floor markings laid out across our Dealerships to make the process a little easier.
You will notice that all Staff are wearing PPE and there are Perspex Screens in-front of them. We've done this to ensure maximum safety for our Customers and Staff members.
When bringing your SEAT, SKODA or SUZUKI in for a Service at White Dove, we will provide you with a plastic bag, where we kindly ask you place your Key! We will then sanitise this before your Vehicle is taken into our Workshop.
When collecting your Vehicle, all documents will be sent to you electronically unless you require a paper copy. At this time, we only accept Card electronic payments.
For your peace of mind, all Vehicles prior to Collection or Delivery will be fully sanitised.
Alongside our Sanitisation Stations and rigorous Showroom Deep Cleans, we're kindly asking that all Customers and Staff stay 2M apart. We've always built strong, friendly relationships with our Customers, but on this occasion kindly ask that Customers and Staff abide by the 'No Handshake Rule'. This will reduce the risk/ spread of potential infection.
All team members are required to wash their hands regularly, and every Technician is to change their Gloves between every Vehicle. All Vehicles that enter our Workshop are sanitised and protected with Seat, Gearstick and Wheel coverings.
As per the Government Guidelines, our Sales Showrooms are now OPEN!

How secure is your online deposit process?
We have a secured payment system, which utilises encrypted software to protect your card details. We do not have access, nor do we store any of your card details.
Can I amend my delivery after I have placed an order with White Dove?
Of course! Please speak to our Sales Team as soon as possible so we can see what works best.
My current car is on Finance, how do I get a settlement?
We can help you with this, just speak to one of our Sales Teams.
Can I use my part exchange as my deposit for another car?
Yes, you can! So long as there is no current outstanding Finance on the Vehicle. If there is, this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any balance left, we can then use towards your deposit.
I’m not sure about the Car I’ve seen online, can you help?
Most certainly! We can provide you with extra information, send personalised videos, or help you source another vehicle in stock that suits you better.
